The 6U program is intended to introduce the children to the sport and teach them the basic skills and establish solid fundamentals. It will incorporate age-appropriate skills into drills and fun games.

• DOB between: August 2021 - September 2020
• Inter-program scrimmages during the week
• Equipment: Lacrosse stick, gloves (optional), mouthguard.
• The practices will teach basic skills and reinforce them through creative fun games (sharks and minnows, relay races, etc.)
